Vladimir Suvorkin

Vladimir Suvorkin joined gAGE/UPC in April 2021 as a PhD candidate in the Aerospace Science and Technology PhD programme. His main research interest is reliable positioning based on the integration of GNSS and sensor methods.

He graduated from the Department of Astronomy, Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, St Petersburg University, Russia, in 2007 with a specialist degree in astronomy.

After that he worked as a research scientist in the Laboratory of Space Geodesy and Earth Rotation at the Institute of Applied Astronomy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where he developed software to process GNSS measurements for space geodesy applications.

Since 2021 he has been working at Rokubun S.L. (Barcelona) as a navigation software engineer.
